How to search for a specific term in Quark Docurated Portal

1. Login to QD portal.
2. To narrow down the search for specific content, it is recommended to use quotes ("ex- Financial Services") around your search terms to narrow down the phrase matching and reduce the number of results returned.

Looking at the figure above gives us an insight; how double quotes have returned the search result.

Any document with the term; Financial Services in the following fields is appearing in the search-

• Document Title
• Metadata value
• Content in the documents
